We choose competencies, rather than procedures. Non-standard hours, part-time work, different forms of cooperation? We will certainly reach an agreement.

We put great emphasis on the exchange of knowledge allowing you and others to develop. We work in a mentor's system allowing less experienced employees to draw on knowledge from more experienced specialists.
